WhatsApp Multi Agent is a lightweight and easy-to-use WhatsApp floating chat widget that enables you to display a list of support agents on your Joomla! website. This allows your web visitors to initiate a conversation with them through the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp web.

Features​

  • Multi-agent support: Add multiple phone numbers and customer service agents.
  • Email Contact form fallback: Receive messages from your customers even during your support agents' offline hours. A mail contact form will be displayed when all agents are offline.
  • Manage your customer service working shifts by setting their working hours/duration.
  • Daylight Saving Time (DST) support.
  • No boring greeting message: Set a personalized greeting message to your visitors based on the defined date, time, and the page they visit.
  • Responsive design: Compatible with all mobile devices.
  • Personalize the widget: Change the color theme, header image, animation type, etc.




Please note that this extension is not an independent application that enables you to chat directly from the website (WhatsApp doesn't provide such an API). Instead, it will redirect your users to another tab to open WhatsApp web or the WhatsApp mobile app. Please try the demo site before making a purchase.
