Didn't get "paid" for uploading a resource

Hi Admin
Last tuesday i've uploaded 2 resources (wordpress plugins) and earn 5 Gold for the first one.. and nothing for the second.
Could you please check this?
How das really works de gold earning process?? Sometimes it gives 1 gold, sometimes gives 2... if you please can explain.

paid content was upload by uploader to earn really money ,if you touch it ,you can create new free resource for updating
