gold

Does anybody understand how ths gold earning works?
Sometimes it gives me 1 gold, sometimes 2.. and sometimes i upload a resource and doesn't get paid at all
It's there a place where i can read about or some administrator can pleas explain it really simple for us !?!?!?!?!
