Where are my coins?? I've been robbed !!

Hey admin, i've been robbed !!!
I'm wainting to get enough coins to download a plugin and suddenly an alert tells me that i downloaded a XenResource... don't even know what is that!!
And even then,, i didn't download anything..
Please, i want a refund !!

you have click download button ，it will start to download and cost your credits,please don't say you No .because that 's impossiable
 
And where's my resource then?? I didn't download anything.. didn't appear to me the download window..
And if i paid for it, it wouldn't be right that i have (at least) some time to re-download it ...?
This is getting really boring.. i upload a resource and win a few coins, but when i want to download i have to spend 11... that's not right pal. So wrong!
